二 、研究方向

研究对象为壳斗科(Fagaceae) ,北半球森林生态系统重要组成 ,共7属约1000种 。中国约320-400种 ,重要经济林木 ,淀粉和单宁资源植物 ,1/3物种濒危 。栎属(Quercus)石栎属(Lithocarpus)物种多样性占7/10 。

 

目前研究的主要科学问题 :

1.性状演化和物种分化

2.果实类型分化与物种多样性

3.动植物相互关系和物种共存

4.植物生物地理和保育
